Kicksled Dog Kit

Want to try Nordic mushing with your favorite four-legged companion? While the traditional kicksled wasn’t originally designed for mushing, it can be modified to run with your dog and is a lot of fun. 

The Kicksled Dog Kit includes an elastic dog line and the hardware necessary for attaching it. This kit does not include a brake. We do not sell a brake or drag mat for the traditional kicksled.

• Installed to the front of the Traditional kicksled, these fasteners are secure and allow the sled driver to easily remove the dog line when not in use

This kit can be purchased and installed by the customer with the use of a couple tools (size 10 socket wrench and a screwdriver). If you’d prefer to skip the hassle of switching hardware on your kicksled, we can install the Kicksled Dog Kit for an additional $10.
