Returns/Exchanges

To avoid returns and exchanges:

  • Make an appointment or drop  by during store hours to see the kicksled and kickspark selection at our store located at 502 W. 58th Ave., Unit J  in Anchorage, Alaska. 
  • Review the  size chart to determine the best fit for the primary sled user.
  • And lastly, don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!

Refund policy:

  • Until the kicksled leaves the store we will honor order cancellations with a 5% restocking fee. 
  • There are NO RETURNS once the kicksled has left the Kicksled Alaska store.
  • Assembly fees are non-refundable. 
  • Orders that have been shipped are non-refundable. 

Exchange policy:

  • Kicksleds can be exchanged before leaving the store. We understand you might second-guess your color choice or size and we will accommodate exchanging your sled before you use it. 
  • There are no exchanges once the kicksled has left the Kicksled Alaska store.

ESLA Warranty

ESLA kicksleds offer a one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty in the case of faulty materials or manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, corrosion, color fade on the wooden components or damage due to use for unintended purposes.
