To avoid returns and exchanges:
- Join us for one of our kicksled demo days! Check back as we update the website with details.
- Reference our size chart to determine the best fit for the primary sled user.
- And lastly, don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!
Kicksleds or sparks, like most sporting goods, can be returned or exchanged if they are still in the original packaging and have not been used. We will accept your return within 90 days of the purchase date and will issue your refund in the same form of payment you used to pay for the sled.
We understand that kicksleds make great gifts and it can be a guessing game when it comes to choosing the right color or size for your special person. We will accept exchanges as we do returns: unused and in original packaging. The only catch is that we cannot exchange for sleds we do not have in stock. We have no option to place special orders with the manufacturer, therefore exchanges must be limited to the inventory we have on-hand.
ESLA kicksleds offer a one (1) year warranty in the case of faulty materials or manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, corrosion, color fade on the wooden components or damage due to use for unintended purposes.
We, at Kicksled Alaska, reserve the right to modify our policies. We are a new company and recognize that change may be necessary as we grow. Thanks for understanding!
